Lake Minnetonka with Detail by Behr Design

Our design team had a blast with this house, we had so many ideas in working with the homeowner and giving them the design that would fit their lifestyle to a tee! Our lot restrictions were tough, but nothing we could not overcome. We gave this house fantastic roof lines with a curved feel. A deck was created off the master suite to bring the lake right to their fingertips. We gave this home an open floor plan feel on the main level with a covered deck to expand the experience.
