Suburban Style with Flair by Behr Design

This home is located in the south metro area, we had design challenges due to the house fitting on the lakeshore lot with the city ordinances. We worked very closely with the homeowners, working on all their needs and wants to come up with a functional design both for the lot and homeowner.

It was very important to the homeowner we used the principals of Feng Shui throughout this beautiful home a couple highlighted areas: bonus room above garage, wet entry in basement for lake access to keep all the sand outside, a built in dog shower, large kitchen island that flows nicely into the great room, connecting to the large screen porch/deck, nice sized master bedroom, and fabulous patio under the porch.
